Olde America Antiques produces quilt blocks for quilters. We print vintage images on cotton sateen fabric. Our business was founded in 1988 and we were one of the first companies to develop and produce authentic 8-color giclee prints on cloth (see description below). Our clients include national parks and monuments, and various quilt shops throughout the country.

We will be exhibiting at the upcoming APPL Expo in San Diego February 9 and 10, 2010. We have developed three new products for this show; a kit for a 4"x6" quilted postcard, a set of 4-4"x4" quilt blocks with a pattern for hot pads, and a set of 2-5"x8" quilt blocks with a pattern for a tote bag. These are new to the market and will be listed on our web site later this spring. The quilted postcard can be sent through the mail with a message. It will need to be hand canceled and the cost for first class delivery USPS will be 64 cents. The kit will include all the components necessary to construct your own personal quilted postcard.

We will be adding several new national park images to our selection in the next few weeks. We have just added new sets to Glacier Park to celebrate their centennial. We will also be adding a new set for Shenandoah to celebrate the 75th anniversary of this park. Other parks that we will be adding new sets and images include Bryce Canyon, Rocky Mountains, Cape Cod, Denali, Carlsbad Caverns, Sequoia, Arches, Hawaii Volcanoes, Badlands, Everglades, Lassen Volcanic, Statue of Liberty, and Yellowstone. We will also introduce a custom retro image promoting the National Park Service at the APPL Expo.

We have developed patterns to use with our quilt blocks to construct a wall hanging from a set of 4-4"x6" quilt blocks and a decorative pillowcase using a single 6"x9" quilt block. Other patterns will be added to this list as time permits, including a pattern to construct hot pads from 4"x4" quilt blocks. These will be available for sale on our web site in the near future. Please note that all of the images listed under Vintage Quilt Blocks are also available as Giclee Art Prints. If there are any quilt block images you want to order as a print let us know and we will be glad to assist you in placing your order.
